‘Supernatural’ Carrie Anne Fleming Dies at 51

Canadian actress Carrie Anne Fleming, best known for her roles in “iZombie” and “Supernatural,” died on Feb. 26, 2026, in Sidney, British Columbia. She was 51 years old.
“Supernatural” co-star Jim Beaver confirmed that Fleming passed away due to breast cancer complications, according to Variety.
Fleming Career
The Canadian actress was born in Digby, Nova Scotia, on Aug. 16, 1974.
She studied drama at the Kaleidoscope Theatre and the Kidco Theatre Dance Company and did some modeling after graduation to support her family.
The actress broke into the industry with the TV movie “Viper” and an uncredited appearance in Adam Sandler’s “Happy Gilmore.”
She continued in small roles until director Dario Argento cast her in “Masters of Horror” in 2005. She played the role of a disfigured woman with cannibalistic tendencies named Jennifer. She also appeared in “The Tooth Fairy” and “Bloodsuckers.”
The Canadian actress had a recurring role on “Supernatural” as Karen Singer, the wife of Bobby Singer, played by Beaver. Later, she played the mother of “Full House” star Candace Cameron in the 2015 television film, “The Unauthorized Full House Story.”
Her more recent roles include five seasons as Candy Baker on the CW’s “iZombie,” and BC stage productions “Noises Off,” “Steel Magnolias,” “Romeo and Juliet,” and “Fame.”
